Do you offer custom work?

Customisation is available on selected laser-engraved products only.

Sewn goods and soft equipment are produced in fixed patterns and specifications, so these items cannot be modified or made to custom sizes.

Where personalisation is available, the listing will clearly show the available options.

What is the dispatch time?

Generally 1-2 working days. Custom or personalised laser products will be a little longer but ill inform you if there is any significant issue. All sewn goods are in hand for immediate dispatch.

Id like to add something to my order, can you do this?

No sadly once an order is placed its not possible to edit it so you will need to place a new one. 

Where do you post?

For now UK only. Overseas is coming but i need a little more time.

Can i return items i don't like or have a problem with?

Yes of course, i comply fully with relevant retail law. You can return something for any reason if not happy. Special order or personalised laser goods cannot be returned unless faulty. If there is a defect, return postage will be on me. If you just changed your mind its on you.
